    There are many interesting drills one gets to do upon joining a boot camp Surry Hills that can get the participant’s heart burning and make him or her lose weight very fast.

    The first one is called the high intensity interval training. In this, a fixed distance of say 50 meters is marked on the ground. The participants are asked to gently jog to the mark and return back. Once they do this they should be made to sprint back and forth the same distance. This set should be repeated by them at least 4 times.
